Job Summary of Shift Supervisor:

This role involves supporting store leadership in executing operational tasks, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Supervisor:

• Take charge as the responsible manager during scheduled shifts, attending to customer service needs, vendor interactions, and maintenance affairs.
• Provide performance evaluations to team members and communicate these assessments to the management team.
• Guide and showcase customer service and sales protocols to foster a constructive shopping ambiance.

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Supervisor:
