Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supply facility maintenance services that include trades like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, and general repairs.
• Work in tandem with Climbia Enterprise LLC to offer clients high-caliber services within specified timelines.
• Structure your timetable for versatility in managing work responsibilities.
• Increase operational efficiency in project monitoring and invoice generation through the use of Climbia’s app.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics for materials, travel arrangements, tolls, parking needs, and on-site assessments for each project.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general handyman services.
• Confirmed capability to function on one’s own and skillfully allocate time.
• It is important to have access to trustworthy transportation and tools needed for work.
• Appropriate insurance includes General Liability or Workers’ Compensation insurance, or selecting Climbia’s insurance policy.

Salary:

The rates are open to adjustment and can be structured either by the hour or as a fixed amount for the project, covering all expenses such as materials, travel, tolls, parking, and assessments. Payments will be made by direct deposit, with a payment deadline of seven days. A 10% deduction is applied for Climbia’s insurance, offering coverage for damages up to $10,000.
