Job Summary of Cook Assistant:
Working alongside the new store opening program committee and regional teams, you will guide and reinforce the extensive process of preparing for our new store launches. This role encompasses identifying openings, implementing optimal techniques, and coordinating schedules and resources in conjunction with the Director, New Store Opening to ensure triumphant store commencements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cook Assistant:
- Manage or participate in the establishment of upcoming store locations within the company, leveraging the new store launch program committee and regional squads for triumphant introductions.
- Pinpoint prospects, keep tabs on ROI, and carry out best practices starting from the introduction to the conclusion by working closely with the Director for New Store Initiatives.
- Coordinate the certification of regional teams responsible for launching new stores, assist the Director in task delegation, and maintain optimal operational standards.
- Contribute to the strategic planning activities aimed at enhancing the New Store Opening Department's operations.
- Provide operational expertise as a consultant for the New Store Opening Program Committee.
- It is crucial to ensure that the New Store Opening Department delivers timely and effective support to the program committee and Operations, promptly addressing any inquiries they may have.
Qualifications and Experience of Cook Assistant:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or relevant experiential qualifications is obligatory.
- Applicants with prior exposure to operations management or who have successfully passed all GO 100 courses will be prioritized; candidates who have transitioned from Operations at ACO/Level 1 will be looked upon favorably.
- Experience of a minimum of five years in a relevant capacity, with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Within 30 days of starting a new job, one must have a valid Food Handler’s Card.
- If selected for the position, candidates are expected to complete the store's annual training.

Salary:
- The yearly pay scale is flexible, ranging from $112,500 to $158,000, subject to the individual's experience.
