• Partner with executives to aid in achieving operational targets and optimizing overall performance.
• Secure adherence to policies, procedures, asset protection, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Leader:

• Well-demonstrated capability in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting.
• - Essential qualifications consist of managing groups in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment for at least two years.

• Meeting the educational requirement involves having either a high school diploma or a GED.
