Job Summary of Production Cook:
This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Production Cook:
- Champion a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Conform to company recipes and quality standards when preparing all menu items.
- Offer direction and support to kitchen staff.
- Undertake all duties in the back-of-house department, including cooking, prepping, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications and Experience of Production Cook:
- Ideal candidates will have a high school educational background.
- Candidates with prior restaurant industry experience are preferred.
- Adhering to the local food safety certification standards includes the need to attain a Food Handler certification at the individual's expense.
