Qualifications and Experience of Shift Manager:
- Successful completion of high school or a similar qualification is needed.
- Open to working on weekends and commuting within a 50-mile radius of the store, showing flexibility in availability.
- Having completed Serve Safe certification or a relevant food safety program is crucial.
- Showcasing strong leadership and communication proficiencies for adeptly managing fast-paced settings.
- Competence in adjusting to changing priorities and effectively mediating conflicts.
