Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Manager:

• Govern all store operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management.
• Coach, mentor, and empower team members to consistently deliver exceptional food and service quality.
• Uphold adherence to rules governing food safety, hygiene, and corporate guidelines.
• Drive sales performance and ensure store profitability through the adoption of effective business tactics.
• Establish a welcoming atmosphere that embodies Panda Express's commitment to meeting guest needs.
• Meet the requirements of all training programs and engage in continuous learning programs.

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Manager:

• Successful completion of high school or a similar qualification is needed.
• Open to working on weekends and commuting within a 50-mile radius of the store, showing flexibility in availability.
• Having completed Serve Safe certification or a relevant food safety program is crucial.
• Showcasing strong leadership and communication proficiencies for adeptly managing fast-paced settings.
• Competence in adjusting to changing priorities and effectively mediating conflicts.
