Job Description of Customer Care Specialist:

As a key liaison between the company and our valued customers, you'll tackle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and promote our suite of products and services, ensuring customers maximize their DISH experience. Job roles and duties required:

• Act as a proficient resource for customers needing assistance with billing, programming, and technical inquiries, directing them on how to best utilize the services provided.
• Responsively address customer issues, ranging from general queries to escalated problems, via telephone support.
• Maintain a schedule that can accommodate weekends and holidays to ensure consistent availability for meeting the needs of customers.
• Exemplify flexibility and resilience in a high-paced environment, upholding engagement and concentration throughout customer engagements.
• Foster strong collaboration with team members for the purpose of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining DISH's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Care Specialist:

• Fulfilling the educational prerequisite of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Six-month experience in customer service and troubleshooting, demonstrating a strong history of success.
• Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning, adapting techniques to enhance performance. All candidates must exhibit:
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and proficient communication abilities, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism throughout working hours.
• Reliable presence and opeess to adjusting to accommodate varying work schedules, with intermittent changes every 3-4 months.
• Expertise in multitasking and technology utilization, adeptly managing numerous applications while providing exceptional customer service.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or G-suite software to facilitate task completion.

Strengths of the Position:

• Begiing pay falls between $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with extra remuneration for weekend and evening shifts included.
• Successful participants in the apprenticeship program have the prospect of a 10% salary increase.
