Job Summary of Store Crew Member:

In this part-time role, the main focus is on delivering customized customer experiences, suggesting health products, and supporting the day-to-day store operations. Team members are crucial in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that aligns with GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Crew Member:

• Provide a cordial greeting to patrons to create a positive and inviting ambiance.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable health and wellness products.
• Meet personal and store sales goals through increasing product acknowledgment.
• Manage virtual purchases with precision and promptness.
• Ensure the store’s appearance is appealing by restocking inventory and optimizing visual merchandising techniques.
• Support the store’s daily activities by assisting with tasks related to opening and closing procedures as well as cash handling.
• Stay informed about nutritional advancements and product specifics to provide customers with helpful guidance.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Crew Member:

• Eligibility starts at the age of 18 and above.
• Ability to be on one’s feet or in motion for a total of 8 hours within one day.
• Ability to occasionally pick up objects weighing up to 40 pounds and push/pull weights up to 20 pounds.
• Open to working diverse hours, such as mornings, nights, weekends, and major U.S. holidays.
• Sound abilities in engaging with people and transmitting information.
• Capacity for independent work and teamwork.
