- Put into action promotional strategies for the company and facilitate operational enhancements.
- Foster solid customer relationships and enrich interactions both in-store and over the phone.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Store Supervisor:
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or a similar qualification, with a preference for technical or trade school training.
- Candidates with a background in the automotive aftermarket, retail, or service field are preferred.
- Devotion to providing exceptional service to clients and cultivating meaningful relationships.
- Aptitude for handling tasks in a high-speed and dynamic atmosphere.
- Knowledge of cataloging or inventory management systems is important.
- Can handle loads of up to 60 lbs as necessary.
- Specialization in automotive, heavy equipment, farming, diesel operation, marine activities, or dealership services.
- Work history encompasses positions in parts stores, auctions, retail outlets, automotive body shops, and the food service sector.
- ASE certifications.
- Strong customer-first approach.
