Job Summary of Kitchen Porter:
In collaboration with the new store opening program committee and regional teams, you will be responsible for spearheading and backing the upcoming store openings. This position involves recognizing possibilities, executing successful practices, and managing schedules and resources alongside the Director, New Store Opening to ensure flourishing store openings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Porter:
- Lead or be part of the launch of new store outlets across the organization, utilizing the new store opening program committee and regional teams to ensure successful store openings.
- Identify potentials, track ROI, and implement proven methods throughout the entirety of the project while collaborating with the Director responsible for New Store Commencement.
- Assist in coordinating the certification of new store opening teams in various regions, help the Director assign team duties, and ensure the continual adherence to rigorous operational standards.
- Support the department in developing strategic plans to facilitate successful new store openings.
- Offer advice and guidance on operations as a committee consultant for the New Store Opening Program.
- The Department for the Opening of New Stores should offer timely and effective support to the program committee and Operations, addressing inquiries promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Porter:
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent experiential background is a prerequisite.
- Preference is for candidates who have a background in operations management or have completed all GO 100 courses; candidates who have transferred from Operations at ACO/Level 1 are preferred.

- A Food Handler’s Card must be acquired within a 30-day period upon commencing employment.
- Being hired entails the obligation to finalize the annual store training.

Salary:
- The annual income varies, with potential earnings falling between $112,500 and $158,000, based on experience.
