Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Specialist:

• Support individuals with queries related to car parts, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Furnish specialized knowledge and assistance to clients and fellow employees.
• Provide superb customer assistance to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Employ electronic resources like cash registers and catalogs to pinpoint and obtain the needed components.
• Communicate with customers to comprehend their requirements and propose appropriate remedies.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Specialist:

• Valid driver?? license.
• History of working in the automotive domain or a willingness to explore and understand.
• The minimum educational standard is a high school diploma or GED, while possessing technical or vocational training experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and customer care skills.
• Competence in performing well amidst the hustle and bustle of a retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the automotive, heavy machinery, agricultural sector, or retail automotive industry.
• Expertise obtained from engaging with customers in parts stores, participating in auctions, and contributing to auto body repair tasks.
• Proficiency in cataloging or inventory management systems is important.
• While ASE certifications are advantageous, they are not a stipulated requirement.
