Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Services Expert:

• Delivering a wide range of salon solutions comprising design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perms, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing services as required.
• Attain or surpass the target of $1900 in weekly service sales through the provision of excellent customer service.
• Enhance retail sales through tailored product suggestions and hands-on demonstrations at the salon.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to attract and involve guests while promoting services.
• Remain informed about the latest developments and products to enhance the services you offer and consultations with clients.
• Cultivate strong bonds with visitors and deliver personalized recommendations for both services and products.
• Engage in partnerships with fellow professionals and brand affiliates to uphold a team-centric salon atmosphere.
• Keep the salon environment welcoming, clean, and safe, meeting all hygiene and safety standards.
• Compliance with company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures must be maintained at all times.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Services Expert:

• - Possession of an up-to-date cosmetology license is mandatory.
