Job Summary of Panda Cook:

This role plays a vital part in our kitchen operations by preparing quality food and supporting a welcoming dining experience. You will bring passion to every dish, lead by example in the back of house, and help maintain the energetic and inclusive atmosphere our guests enjoy. This position supports training efforts and upholds high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Panda Cook:

• Cultivate a vibrant and friendly atmosphere for those visiting.
• Produce all menu items with attention to detail and adherence to the company's recipe and quality requirements.
• Help in mentoring and directing the kitchen team.
• Perform all back-of-house functions, including cooking tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Qualifications and Experience of Panda Cook:

• Individuals who have completed some high school coursework are sought after for this position.
• Candidates with a history of working in restaurant management are preferred.
• Fulfilling the local food safety certification criteria entails obtaining a Food Handler certification, with the expenses borne by the individual.
