Qualifications and Experience of Automotive Operations Supervisor:

• Applicants should have a high school diploma or a comparable qualification, with technical or trade school courses being encouraged.
• A preference is given to those with experience in the automotive aftermarket, retail, or service field.
• Enthusiastic about delivering top-notch customer service and forging valuable bonds.
• Proficiency in managing responsibilities in a dynamic and rapid environment.
• Competence in cataloging or inventory management systems is necessary.
• Ability to hoist objects weighing up to 60 lbs when necessary.
• Background in the automotive, heavy machinery, farming equipment, diesel engines, maritime technology, or dealership sectors.
• Versatile background covering parts store operations, auction management, retail sales, auto body repair, and food service leadership.
• ASE certifications.
• Strong customer-first approach.
