Job Summary of Store Lead:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Lead:

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience and promote customer satisfaction.
• Drive store sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and team motivation.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation in line with Shoe Carnival guidelines.
• Lead and guide team members to meet sales targets and operational goals.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and execution of store initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Lead:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Salary:

Starting wage: $11.75 per hour
